Knowledge is the pillar on which our society is build.  In a world were information is at our fingertips, the knowledge we choose to allow in our minds must be well curated.  Small business need to manage knowledge to succeed, it is as simple as that!

As Mary Lisbeth D’Amico rightfully states:

“Knowledge management is something many companies are sure they need, if only they knew what it was.”

I am currently a Masters in Computing student at UNISA.  This blog will serve as soundboard and aid me in understanding my proposed researched revolving around the role of Social media (specifically Twitter) as Knowledge Sharing medium in small businesses.
